Queen Sonja Print Award (QSPA) celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2026. The Foundation was established in 2011 to promote graphic art internationally, and is regarded as one of the most prestigious awards within the field.
Queen Sonja has created the print «Glacier» in celebration of the anniversary, in support of the Foundation. «Glacier» is an intaglio print made using a marbling etching technique, produced in an exclusive edition of 48.
The graphic print, rendered in deep blue, has become the starting point for an anniversary series encompassing glass objects and shawls. The glass objects are created in collaboration with Maud Gjeruldsen Bugge at Hadeland Glassverk, while the shawls and scarves are developed in collaboration with byTiMo.
