The Queen Sonja Print Award is proud to present an international portfolio dedicated to the art of printmaking. Seventeen renowned artists have contributed original works that highlight the breadth and significance of printmaking as an artistic medium. These works showcase the experimental nature of printmaking techniques, ranging from time-honoured methods to innovative contemporary approaches. Together, they reflect the vitality, versatility, and enduring relevance of printmaking today. Each artist has generously donated their time and art in support of emerging printmakers and the mission of the Queen Sonja Print Award. Published in an exclusive edition of 30, the portfolio comprises 17 original prints, each signed and numbered by the individual artist.
«Lovers of printmaking and graphic art will hopefully feel
delighted and invigorated, like I do, in this meeting with
excellent art from extraordinary artists.
I hope the portfolio, reflects the spirit of printmaking
and the QSPA mission to raise general awareness of and
interest in graphic art and printmaking, mirroring our
passion and belief in the positive impact of art.»
